For the ABSTRACT, we are looking for one to two paragraphs of a description about what it is you'd like to do.

For the DESCRIPTION, please provide an outline and more depth than your abstract provides. This will be used in the program and website if accepted.

Those are the hardest parts about the submission to get right. Later, we'll ask you for more specific details, but focus on the abstract and description first!
